Hello, of scarlet, shout out to shut out to scarlet. If you hear a dog rustling around, it's because Scarlett is right there. Ate them in probably I probably averaged about a Taco a minute. So I was rewarded last night with ten tacos. I'm not as angry because I hit all the marks on my diet.
We had to just get it done and I feel better today. But this week, you know, we just had to we had to do it. Last last week I was a bit bummed out and I didn't want to I didn't want to be all sad on the MIC. It's been too long since I recorded a podcast.
